aah man , still got an itch i cant scratch , educated guess .. if memory serves right .. some guys from Bristol or something maybe , maybe Colin or someone can shine some light , also bigwigs used to gig with .. big wigs , did they ?

i like Merv from Eat Static who puts on a white dress and a stupid alien mask before he starts and until the second or third track you look at him and he's sweating half naked..!! to me, that's the spirit of masks and costumes! |

i remember an artist playing at a festival in nepal. The whole stage was pitch dark he was dressed in complete black in a t shirt with a white glowing illuminated trishul.
At one point the only two things you could see was the white trishul lit up and the red cherry of the chillum glowing as he hit it.

It's a lil nice thing to spice u things a bit.
Nothing wrong with a lil showmanship, after all its a performance It just boosts your image as an artist.
On another i just want to id this. This was definitely at Boom 2004 coz i saw the 2004 video and for years ive been wanting to know who it was.
I know the one act in this is Andromeda, but who is the other? That's really cool costume i say!  Maybe those who went to Boom 2004 wld def. know ?

its a good idea for the artist...
deadmau5 makes painfully generic and bland music, but look how much success he has just from wearing a frickin mouse head when he performs.

I think if I ever started getting big I would perhaps start wearing one of those outfits that stage puppeteers use that's all black and makes you mostly invisible.
basically I don't ever want people to idolize me or see me as anything more than just another person helping the experience work. I think the music-makers get too much attention and not enough attention is given to the other people who make things happen. |
