Artist workshop with FATALI (YoYo/BNE rec) 6/3 @ 18:30 – Free Entrance
Eitan Carmi aka FATALI, from the leading electronic label – YoYo/BNE , is coming to BPM Music School to share some of his huge talent & world wide success.
Carmi, comes from Nazareth Ilit, and at the age of 23 he already has 4 albums behind him and one is on the way. He first started fooling around with the impulse tracker software, and at the age of 16, after discovering the wonders of the MIDI world, he began producing original music professionally.
Over the years, Fatali has developed an original & unique sound - fresh and powerful, ranging from deep Progressive Trance to Full-On Trance, yet always melodic and perfectly synchronized for the dance floor.
After releasing his debut album (Moments) in 2003 on the UK label Alchemy, Fatali was signed to BNE’s label – YoYo Records, where he released his second & third studio albums (Faith 2005/ Dawn 2006), becoming both instant classics & international best sellers.
Fatali is one of BNE’s most requested live artists, constantly touring the globe. Performing extensively all year round, Fatali brings an outstanding & energetic live act that sets the crowd on fire over and over again.
Summer 2007 will highlight Fatali’s talent once again with ‘Re Construct’, the highly anticipated remix project, featuring cooperation with the most celebrated & biggest names in the Electronic music industry (some for the first time on an Israeli label), This compilation was nominated Compilation of The Month by Mix Mag in November issue and receiving massive amazing responses world wide.
In the workshop Fatali will focus on:
Production – Giving tips from his own special recipe ooof creating Electronic music while keeping it unique and different.
Performance – Giving tips on how to cope with problems with equipment on concerts, and how to read the audience and adjust yourself accordingly.
Sound – Going through the process that brought him to create the sound he makes these days, and tips on how to discover your own sound.
