hey..
always wondered how much the artists charge for an act...not only in their home country but also when they go touring
i know it really varies among artists but an average amount would definitely throw some light on this.
coz at times when they play at an indoor event the entrance is really hiked up and people are always ready to pay up but i have noticed at outdoor events the prices are much lesser and in this event how much are the artists paid...?
obviously it has to be a set amount and not like a percentage of the turnout...

I think that average artist charges about 1000 or 1500 € (soory it is not in dollars) for their live act,but top artist (i don't want to tell their names but i think you can guess easily) charge about 5000 € |

as i know...
begginer - 100$ - 200$
realese - 200$ - 300$
3-4 realeses - 300$-400$
full album realese - 400$ - 500$
succesfull (which meens the name will defintly bring much pplz to the party - ****$
rates can b changed by how long the set is - is it live or dj set - and out of country add flights etc...
offcourse the nature of the party is factor too.. (big commercial one or underground)

yea..the flight charges etc are separate..just the charges to play is what i wanna know....
and will the artist actually vary his price according to the kind of party it is whether it is a commercial one or an underground one...and usually a set is around 4-5 hours rite...

i think 4-5 hours is double the time i ever saw someone plays... evrytime i was it was 2-3 hours.. i guess u can add bout 50% from the price for long set.. also live usualy a bit more expensive and requires more then 1 person... in flight matters...
