Arseny Sokolov, better known by his artist name ARS, is a Moscow based trance producer whose main niche is in the uplifting genre. Albeit a new name in the scene, ARS delivers solid production with massive bass drive, epic melodies, and seethingly emotional harmonies. His new single "Earthlings" is melodic trance at its best. The rolling bass cycle carries the soaring melody lines through an intense harmonic cycle, descending to a classic breakdown. The 2nd part kicks off with full energy, reminding us of how uplifting trance got its name.
