True Thor... GMS made the same thing here in Brazil ... with GMS live act writen on line up. and ricktam abstend .. just banzi made the show.. and another guy . so sad... this is band and organization problem.. capitalism virus taking trance bands ... realy sad !!!! don´t make music...  make money

well, it seems to me that is not only on african continent where people "hate" gms, the thing it is not their style of music, but bansi. I think this guy became a popstar, here in Alto paraiso festival placed on july, he had to play everytime they switched the djs.... I could understand that if they didnt booked many acts and djs. It was a big festival, really nice one, but could've been better if he didnt act like a POPSTAR. 
im sorry bansi, but WAKE UP BUDDY!!!! 
hope next festival he will do better

hey, Ozric, I think I saw Ricktam playing with a Brazil soccer T-Shirt here in Alto Paraiso, in the same party that Thridd was talking about (Trancendence). In this festival there was Absolum, Skazi, Logic Bomb, Zorba, Soundholics, Alien Project, etc... Lots of good Djs...
And it's true: Bansi played lots of times... But what to do?

It's sad that eventually what our raving culture stands for is being torn down by artists themsleves:(
i really enjoy gms productions and hope that everything falls into place sooner (cos there might not be a later) and they are back full-on.
the boycott idea sounds good... but the Psy scene is getting a bit too commercial these days and there going to be no dearth of bookings for these guys...... i mean even if some of the regulars shut them out.... theres hoardes of kiddies who want to say
"hey i went for a rave last week and did an ecstasy tablet and boy was i fucked outta my skull cos GMS was playing!!!!!!"

hey thirdd,you wrote that bansi became a popstar in alto actually all the other live acts were either busy powdering their nose or missed their set so bansi stepped in so the party would not stop i was there as well.just another case of people completly misunderstanding what really happen and spreading more bullshit.such is the weak minded. |

if u want to make sure Riktam will show up and play in your party, then all you need to do is to make sure he gets his drugs...hehe 
about double booking - I know for a fact that some artists (like Atomic Pulse for exs..) sometimes add a second person to the band, so they can make more money under the same name and play in 2 different parties or countries on the same date...simple as that...just keep that in mind when going to a party or organizing one..

you guys will bitch now the que up on the next GMS gig. Dudes they are big at the moment and are clicking in everything that they r doin. For sure its wrong not to show up on gigs but this out and out bitching about some artist well i dont agree.
Shift started this thread and i think hes an artist too maybe hes just tried and tried and tried to make music like them and since he cant achieve it he decides to ccall them PRICKS.
You guys can say what you want that includes me too but lets face the facts that they are on the top and they are cashing in while they are there. None of you guys come knocking on thier door at thier Ibiza resident with a monthly CHQ to pay thier bills.
I Repeat not showing up on gigs is not good. Seth you should explain them that point. Its gonna reflect the label at some point.
Shift Get a couple of albums out and then we talk buddy.
For the Moderators--- There are so many ppl abusing an artist and i dont see you guys locking this thread unless you guys are purely into progressive music or biased towards Israeli music.
You say that you guys wanna spread a positive vibe here well the name of this thread is not positive at all. |

It´s just my opinion, I think the moderators should act, because there´s no way to prove most of the bullshit written on this thread...
And people are associating artists to drugs here...
