They've done the same thing here in Portugal... i think two times!
They r very unprofessional, thinking more on $$$ and less about the ppl .... we got so many good dj's @party's ... we don't need them... let them out of your party's! make tha revolution!
They deserve no RESPECT! |

So many times the same thing...
But aren't the organizers who book the flight and buy the tickets???
And there isn't a "contract" between the organizers and the DJs? If the DJs break the rules, then they can't get sued?
Someone can explain this???
GMS No Rules: I know you won't break the rules, there aren't any...

I heard quite a lot of stories like this about GMS from Australia, Sweden and other places in the last 3 years. They were booked and either canceled in the last moment, suddenly apearing in a different party in a different country, or only one of them apeared.
I get the feeling that in their case it's not the organizers fault.
Also as far as I know X-Dream are no more, so take that into account when you go see them live...

Maybe its about time to start making contracts with the artists when they are supposed to perform somewhere.
This is the only solution,it takes some more time and some money but you can sleep easy at nights.

well, as a GMS-Non-enthusiate, i really could'nt care less about them. but i do feel for the orgenizers and party-goers. mainly the party goers. you can't allways blame the people who set up the party who got GMS's Word that they are both coming and he printed the flyer that way, only to be screwed later on by double, sometime triple-booking artists...
