Arpeggio Chords, or Arpeggic Scales, simply do what they mean - the Arpeggiate a single note to it's scale. the best for psytrance? try the minors and Majors mainly, don't bother with the #'s and the diminished 7's and 9's or those other numbers, they are used mainly in blues and jazz, and wouldn't much fit.
Arpeggio's definition is playing the chords notes one after the other rapidly.

minors and majors are the less psychedelic scales... they're good for round and clear melodies. |

Kaz - True that
Alon, i don't think a minor 7/9 Diminished Arpeggiated B scale will sound psychedelic. the duty to prove it is on your shoulders
btw, a good example of an arpegg is Infected Mushroom's Bust A Move, in the break with the piano and the synth which mimics the piano's part - now there's a sweep arpegg to learn from.

changing one or two notes from a round scale (like major or minor) one semitone up\down will give a nice effect to it |
