						| i was just wondering if peole in the trance scene are mostly vegetarian or not?
i ve been vegetarian for a very little time , and i wonder whats the best thing to do..

i think its good for me not to eat meat

 my blood results are good

my environment pushes me to start meat

 what about you?

some theories suggest the human body is built in a way to consume meat and there are theoris saying the exact opposite!

 i'm a bit confused! any help-thoughts?

						| i dont eat red meat either but proteins r needed so
i do eat chicken & fish

you need some tricks? well this is what i normally do in a day
i do breakfast around 8:30 choosing 1 of these 3
 a bowl of all-bran
 a big cup of oatmeal
or a banana milkshake with all bran & bee honey

 then.. at work 10 - 11 am
1 piece of fruit , normally green apple or pineaple

 lunch...
i do normally eat a salad with chicken
 sometimes rice & chicken
 or mexican seafood dishes
 NO MAYO
 NO FRIED FOOD
carrots & lettuce are most normally on my daily
give yourself a treat , something sweet
but if you're too sweet like me , you dont need it
  ..
Walking around 4 - 5 pm after work its killer too

 then afternoon
in mexico its used something light , because our strong dish is lunch , so i normally eat another fruit or more salad around 6

 DO NOT DRINK SODA
DO NOT STOP EATING BREAD (but never excess)
NO PORK , LAMB or MEAT

YES DRINK WATER , A LOT (your skin will show a difference)
 YES MILK
YES TO MORE ACTIVITIES DURING THE DAY

 wtf i wrote a diet

I dont drink , neither smoke
Im super happy like this , im well feeded too... not so skinny , i eat very slow , dont know why
& its good You'll feel the difference
  try

						| Haven´t had a piece of meat in 12 years, i sometimes eat diary products and egg mostly depending what the restaurant at the university offers.
I exercise 3-4 times per week with 30 min stamina and 1 hour weightlifting.
I smoke maybe 3-4 cigarettes a day with my coffee.

When it comes to food i love the indian food, man you guys are my heroes.

I avoid everything from soda and sugar and eat as much rough food as possible, like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, quinoa and so on.
And i´ve never felt better than i do today

as someone said once - meat is the dead flesh ,its not for food

when i had my 1st time veggy experiense i reached some unexpexted results like incredibly fast tissues regeneration , any wound and sratches was dissapering immediatly , i cud sleep a few hours only , was goin to bed about 2 am and woke up refreshed and full of energy in 5 am
