i wrote, what i thought was a perfectly good question concerning the top ten section and for some reason it was removed !!!
this is what i wrote.............
"does any body have the same thoughts as me on the current top ten list ? i have noticed alot tops for the new month being posted on the first day of that month."
"shouldnt a monthly top ten be posted towards the end of the month rather than on the first day ?" just makes more sense to me thats all, since there is another 30 days left to go in the month 
i cant see how this would have been removed as i think it is a sensible subject.
maybe i posted it in the wrong section, but if i did, arafela would have let me know which forum it would've been moved to.
i think i am not welcome here, so i get the message

1. i personally didn't remove ur post
2. if anyone is not welcomed, he's simply banned
3. anyone posts his top10 whenever he wants within every 30 days and i am not gonna force users post on 1st or last day.

yes shivas, i know it wasnt yourself personally - i know it was the system.
i'm not asking you to force people to post their tops on a certain day either - if you read the post carefully, you will see i was asking others if they had the same thoughts as i do on this !
i'm not here to stir shit, this is a discussion forum isnt it ?

Tantrumz why dont you spend some time with the rest of the forum and only with the top ten section?
Lately you have been asking questions only for that particular section.
You say that you think that you are not welcome but noone has deleted another post of yours in another section.
If you think that you are not welcome here then leave,thats what i would do.

i was simply making a suggestion, which i think has more credit than some other threads which have been started in this forum.
for starters, i have read posts which were posted simply to bitch about someone or something, yet no-one says boo to that !! seems acceptable...
(i.e. - the 'arrogant bastards' thread.)
in other words, what i was saying was this.....how can someone already have won the race, even when the race still has 2 laps to go ?? this is just my opinion shivas, and with all due respect, i respect your own.
it wasnt a thread to start a debate, just a discussion, and yes, people have the right to post a top whenever they like - who am i to govern that ??
detox - most of my time isnt spent in ur top ten section at all - and when i did post in that forum, it was to simply thank people who mentioned my trax in their list. if you check, i had not really posted many tops of my own, and when i did it was to try and promote some of my own work.
i might not be a person who posts threads about everything, but i can assure you i check out alot of different threads to see what people have to say about things, and their music creation.
btw - you say the top ten section is the least important, yet it was important enough to entirely modify ? i understand it was done to try and soften the trading circle, but i also think tops posted on the first day of the month show the traders whats hot for them to try and get next month ! besides, the way you have modified the section, seems you think its only the junior members who are trading.
as i said earlier, i am not trying to stir shit, just wanted to discuss what i thought was an ordinary subject, so this is the last i will post on this. i just wanted to try and make myself clearer to shivas, and 'explain' myself to detox. |

I am not entirely modyifing the top ten section.
There are other moderators too and somebody has to do the job u know.
Yes mainly its junior members that are traders in this forum because older members were here to get informed and exchange their opinions about music and not to show off their new stuff.
Showing off your unreleased music is a new trend in this forum and people who act like this happen to be junior members and usually people in a very young age.
If you want to promote your work there is also a New Tracks section where you can exchange ideas with other artists and users.
Anyway i think you are paying too much attention in the top ten section and posting a top ten is not so important as u might think.Reach the required number of posts and then post your top ten the right way,noone will ever bother you if you do things the right way.
