Well this is gonna be a rant to the fu****** labels that dont update their WEBSITES and don't create fu****** MAILING LISTS...
Man i fu***** buy cds and i know there are so many cds out every single week of shit after shit and still the labels which i LOVE are not able to create a mailing list to let me know about their releases, now ...
How come you want me to know that you have a mega release???
Do you think i spend my life on psyshop or watever.??? No i dont...
Do you think i spend my life on isratrance no i dont...
Now what about the guys that dont even use net often and are just dj and people which buy the cds that they love ....
WHEN THEY SEE IT FOR SALE>>>>>>
Secondly do these shops/labels actually know how to create a proper mailinglist and not a shitty html version that most of the people dont even care to read cause its too long and monochromatic.....
Man take psy onto the 21st century marketing and sales techniques and not only use 21st century production effects and all...
Thats it, this is my friday RANT.... its over, now argue and fight...

I think it's a good point - but some labels, even though I've never manually signed up for their mailing list, keeps on sending me the same mail list with the same release over and over again. And that can be quite annoying.

you have to differ between Spam Mails from Kiddy Killargh labels and a serious Mailing list that are just informing you about new releases. There are quite a few labels where id love to get info about new releases, without crawling through the different Forums promo sections. And a serious label would not send you spam via the mailing lists... |
