bro this is a true shot it's called shooting star trails!
it's an photographic technique where u keep the shutter open for more then 15 minutes so as the earth moves the position of the star moves on ur sensor/film & register a trail it's quiet easy to do this once u know the maths of shutter speed & light & apature 
i remember trying this once in spiti valley but cud'nt quiet complete the shot as there was a car head light which ruined it & then it got too cold for me to sit for another 30 mins there, maybe i'll try it some time soon again
