So I'm on the lookout for ways to promote our upcoming cds in Japan and was wondering if there are any websites or forums that most Japanese people interested in Trance music frequent??
Help or information on this matter would be much appreciated.

I think ENIGMATIC SOUND ENTERTAINMENT maybe able to help you.
Couldn't find any links at the moment, but i know Holymen is one of the guys involved with this. Also i know someone who use their services for promotion & distribution the CDs in Japan, Will check with him if he can help.

aloha, yes mixi is the best source but you need an invite and it's only in japanese, so if you like, you can send me the text here or via email and I can put it up for you
other than that there are not too many active japanese forums that i know of, maybe other members on this forum might know better
