what is it that you would like to know exactly?

if you're looking for a step-by-step tutorial in making a complete psytrance song from scratch, you most likely wont find it.
people simply cant be bothered to make such a tutorial, obviously, which is completely understandable.

theres a member of this forum called 'minddoctorsmakeacid' who not too long ago put up a bunch of videos on youtube where he demonstrated the basics and more advanced stuff on how to create a psy track, basically from scratch. you should look it up.
http://www.youtube.com/user/MDMApsy
the stuff shown in the video are the very same principles you'd apply to a progressive track.
creds to MDMA, this is great stuff.

if you're new to production id suggest you watch MDMA's stuff, to get a hold of the basics and start experimenting instead of browsing the web for tutorials.
dont get me wrong, tutorials are great, but you should grasp a hold of the basics FIRST instead of watching a tutorial with endless amounts of pauses so you can arrange stuff the way its shown in the video, without really knowing what the fuck you're doing and why

watch it, listen to your favourite prog track, open up your DAW, set your bpm to about 130-136 bpm and start experimenting.

and remember dont rush it, it'll all come with time and EFFORT. good luck man!
