Mine are:
Golden Axe
X-Men vs Street Fighter
Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter
Marvel vs Capcom
Tekken
My favorite character is Akuma.

yess!! all those marvel vs the mob, street fighter vs capcom, marvel vs campcom vs street fighter vs looney tunes, and so on...
akuma is indeed the coolest (plus sprinting around the screen, and jump+ hadooken is just lovely)
but i do like Ken more =p
and gambit...

tekken, street fighter, dead or alive (basically all the fighting games including mortal combat and the likes )
in tekken its hard to beat me with christie/eddie 
my favourite character in street fighter is balrog! gotta love those power rings
