yes, this and the KRK little box seem to help a lot! haven't used any of them but keep the KRK thing on my wish list, altough constantly being bullied by synths and wet euro rack dreams, universal audio... you get the point...
but they say this helps even with room treatment |

it REALLY helps, night and fucking day as far as im concerned,
needs a good mic to set up but fuck me everything is chrystal clear in the room,
not sure if it justmakes the audio better or a better way to produce but defo would save money on high end room treatment, my mates just got some foam at bits oi the room
ill maybe get him to do an a/b without the foam,
see what its like on no treatment at all

i tried it and find it could be usefull for A/B bypass and on to check but rarely used it ,i like more to check on my cans personaly , probably depends the rooms.. |

Indeed original mic is needed. A gearslut.com user reported that he's tried an ECM8000 mic with it but the resulting correction failed.
I'd like to try this.
