Does anyone here watch PBS?
They just had this show on, called Golbal Trekker. The episode was Arab Gulf States.
At the very end, they show pearl divers in the Arabian Gulf, and there is this ethnic dubby music playing.
I googled it to no avail.
Maybe someone here has recognized the piece.           Load Universe into Cannon. Aim at Brain. Fire.

Did you find this page by chance?
http://www.pilotguides.com/experience/composers/index.php
(globetrekker is a.k.a. pilotguides)

I'm going to take a wild guess and say it might have been Daniel Pemberton, since he was the only artist I recognized on there. I pulled his old cd "bedroom" out of the closet for a listen but nothing dub on there. He's all over the place musically, it seems working in a show like this you have to have many talents.

(edit) It may have been malcolm laws and nainita desai, since they've worked with peter gabriel and talvin singh.

It seems brief musical parts are not always credited to the artists. (unfortunately)
