Wanna free try with an excelent kick generator(the one use almost always)?
Buzz machines', FSM Kick
Works like a charm, and can create a wide variety of kicks, no only psy. A made goa, dig-hardcore, and even a real sounding drum kick.

Absynth will also do the trick. Just take an initial (blank) preset and enable it's oscillator, then set it's mode to FM. Choose the Sine wave from the factory presets pulldown menu and set the waveform frequency to your liking (50 Hz is good to start). Also need to flip to the MOD tab and set the waveform type to sine, crank up the FM index to the top, and tweak the ratio slightly for a bit of natural pitch bend. Then just polish it up in your wave editor.
