topic says it all... soular have their first CD out, galactica is releasing imminently, but does anyone know whats going on with spectral concepts or subtle distortion (init.string's label)? boshke beats has a canadian hq but.. whats that all about exactly?
i'm glad this forum finally arrived... i was rootin for this in the beginning =)

Hey man nice to see at least one Canadian here. This is why we called this section Trance in North America.
From my experience Canada is wild when it comes to Trance parties. I was at a couple of wicked parties in Toronto.
About your question, I really think that the future of the scene here depends heavily on the labels that exist already (the ones you mentioned plus Sound Sorcery from Mexico) and new ones that hopefully will open up.
I understand completely that even the big labels like Iboga and 3D Vision don't make that much money off CD sales. But out of half a billion people that live on this continent, I bet 99.99% of them have no idea what Psy-trance is. This will change as soon as more CD's and parties are made. I hope.
