Eyh everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here was a satisfied user of Trilian.

I jusr bought a copy of the software and installed it, and I'm getting familiar with it.

Do you have favorite/suggested presets? any advice ?

It seems like a big piece of software that takes time to master.

Please feel free to give me any suggestion.

i used it at a friend studio and it s good but we sampled it, i don t how guys do you use it? we sampled the notes at different starting point in the waveform or it was sounding strange on some notes with the wavforme used. except that everyhting is great , envelopes ,filters ,sounds ...but i think i still like more esm for fullon,just my taste.

It's all about the SH101 saw waveform, IMO.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

It's pretty badass. I have never used any of the presets in it so I can't comment on that, but the waveforms from old synths are just FUCKING GLORIOUS

SH101...MS-20....TB303....mmmmmMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm

yeah they use the same engine ( Steam) . One could basically run the other one's presets, I guess.

This is a quote from their website:

Trilian is the first virtual instrument to feature core library integration with Spectrasonics award-winning, flagship Omnisphere synthesizer. Trilian’s complete sound library can be opened within Omnisphere for further synthesis and expanded performance possibilities.

Funny thing that I would essentialy buy the sounds, since I have Omni...

Its awesome, my goto synth for bass, i dont just use the raw waves, i use a combination of Raw waves and presets which have been totally re-worked.

Its one of the best bass synths around IMO and Using Omnisphere with Trillian presets things get even better

If I remember when I get home from work today, I will do this

I never resample bass, and this is as good an excuse as any to get some practice in.            If you want to make an apple pie from scratch...you must first invent the universe

Apologies; you're talking about Trillian - I'm still using Trilogy, although I'm sure many of the waveforms are identical.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering
