I was listening to the demo for an Albino/Sample pack and the first track example really, really piqued my interest. It's the sound I love in Psy but have no idea how to go about making it 
Pretty much the cool lead and splashing metallic high end sounds spattered around. Is it synthesised? sampled? both? Obviously buying that pack would be the first step to achieving the sound, but does anyone know how to create such an effect/lead?
