I have one... it suits my purposes. I got it second hand, so the recording in is kinda jacked, but I can't really say I hate the thing. At some point I will probably buy another sound card, but it's not horrible. I will recommend that you save your money though for a better card eventually it is a USB 1.1 device, so that could present a problem eventually. It's got a couple of quirks to it, so make sure you read the manual before you try to play live with it.
