Hello,
I have the sony MDR-700 headphones that i find great for mixing. Unfotrunately this model has proven to be very fragile, the rotatory elements broke after 2 years in my case. I was wondering if anyone had experience of having it repaired and how much it is (because a new one is around 150 $) or event repaired it themselves.
Any hint welcome

Dude i also hd this problem and the way i found to fix it was using a litle plastic stuff that is used to lock bagages, i dont know how can i explain this, but the idea is to use this thing so it will keep the part of your fone that broked tight.. u will have to glow it! The success will depend of how damaged is your phone. My headphones for example didnt get perfect , cause they were already loosing signal, if u know what i mean.. This little plastic thing will also avoid your headphone to hv (or get worse) this problem of signal!! I hope i could help! |

LOL
Thats exactly what Im talking about! I used "super bonder" to glue it, but u can also use "araudite" , i mean, just find a good glue and tight it as much as u can! Good luck! |
