I'm running a really old version of Cubase, but I want to collaborate with a friend of mine who's running 4.

Steinberg doesn't sell version 4 anymore, and neither do most shops. Most that do are selling it for way too much -- almost as much as version 5! Similarly, I haven't had too much luck with eBay.

So one of you out there must have had 4 and moved onto something else, whether version 5 or a different DAW. I would be willing to give you a fair price for the software, registration key, and dongle. Both full version 4 and version 4 studio are welcome; either will suit my purposes.

Have you tried KVR? I think I've seen copies of version 4 surface every once in a while on the market board.
