Anybody Using SX 3?

My SX3 is running very sketchy, some weird bugs, and alot of random crashes. The new look and features are awesome and really help the flow of production but I can't use it with all these crashes. I bought a fresh PC for SX3 and thought that there may be some system problems, but I installed my SL1 version and it is running solid. Steinberg website says they will have an update mid-November, but this sucks. Anybody else having experiences, good or bad, with SX3? |

Is it even released yet? The website still says 'pre-order'. So... are you using some crappy beta version?
2.2 still works great. Wait till 3.1 comes out or that november release or whatever.
Also, if you got a new PC, make sure you got the latest motherboards drivers etc, a clean system would be best. Did you just move your old hardrive into your new pc?

hey mate .... i was speaking to my frnd the other day and he was also teling me tht the new sx3 is really buggy and very unstable ....
but he also told me tht but to the new vst 3.0 archtecture on which it is based .... all the softsynths have good support and also sound way better !

they always release the first version with bugs and after a couple of months they release the x.1 or x.2 versions which basically mean they are saying "we suck at bug finding so here are some more versions you can spend a ton of money at".....
