Hi all.....
Hope this thread is not out of place. Will be joining Univ of Iowa at Iowa City for my Masters (and hopefully PhD) this Fall Semester.
Anybody out here from Iowa City? Would like to connect with like minded people out there.

Another place to check out the local midwest scene is midwestpsy.tribe.net . Although Monkey's sources are the best!
Make sure you keep in touch, there are a ton of events that are not announced to the public but on noobersonic (iowa community portal).
We carpool to tons of places around the midwest too!

The psy scene in the midwest is growing at an alarming rate and Iowa happens to be the hub of it all; it is basically 4-5 hours away from everywhere. Info can be found on tribe.net under the midwest psy tribe and Psy promoters include MINDOUTPSYDE productions and the SUBCONSCIOUS COLLECTIVE around the Iowa City area. Iowa also happens to be a huge RAVE state and is fully networked on ubersonic.org

Thanks @molimo and @eklypze for the excellent vibes. Will be hitting Iowa City on 4th or 5th of AUgust. Induction on 7th August and college starts on 17th August.
So many sites to get registered, nooberconic, chillumnati and now tribe.net but no issues
