Hi Surrender,
You can't import Logic fx/instruments into VST because they are actually part of the Logic application.
I know Logic 5.x supports VST/2, and DX, but you shouldn't confuse that with the way Logic actually handles it's internal plugins.
As of Logic 6, VST support has been removed. Third party plugins need to be in Audio Unit (AU) format. This utilises CoreAudio, so it theoretically will run better than a VST.
If you want to use a VST in Logic 6.x, you need to actually get a "wrapper" for it. A wrapper basically wraps the VST code in an AU interface that the computer will recognise. The most popular wrapper seems to come from FXPansion.

wrapper for whaT? for a Logic plugin?
a plugin in logic is part of the program - it's not a VST plugin.
