oh man - love that squeeky duck sample!
scorb is such a superb producer - what he lacks in quantity he more than makes up with the quality of his releases .... the guy's music really speaks for itself

sooo many classics from this man -

still raving
angle terror
sol invictus
dream catcher (under the guise of r.a.m.)
kakah tooki (still cracks me up )

had the pleasure of hearing his live set a few years back - what an experience

really looking to forward hearing his future offerings - i believe the next releases are:

scorb - reanimated EP (featuring remix of 13.5 hours and mutoid)
scorb vs devient species - the chime era EP
prism (scorb vs concept) - freedom 35 (album)

Wow! just stumbled upon this thread from a google search whilst looking for something unrelated! Thanks for all your kind words!

So yeah, it's been 10 years since I started the Scorb project so I've been quite reflective of late and got some good news for fans of the older stuff.

We are indeed going to release remixes of Mutoid and 13.5 Hours to mark not only 10 years of Scorb but the 10th release on Trick Music. This should be out in time for Xmas and samples will be posted on Trick Music's website and soundcloud very soon.

I realise people may think that things have gone quiet on the Scorb side of things but a lot of exciting things are on the way.

This next remix EP is just the start of reworking some of my older favourites. I plan on remixing at least 10 tracks including:

Mutoid
13.5 Hours
Special Liquid
Stupid Science
Tundra
Kakah Tooki
Lurk
Spaced Oddysey
Antidots
Let's go Raving

Quite a few promoters have asked me to do old skool live sets but I've never been 100% happy with the idea of playing the old tracks (production techniques and quality has moved on a lot since back then!).

However, I'm pleased to say that I will be reworking all the above tracks and welcome any other suggestions for a unique live Set next year which will be released together with a downtempo / Dub remix album by various artists of the same tracks.

Next up for Scorb is TRKDIGI009 Deviant Species and Scorb - The Chime Era EP which will be out early next month followed closely by TRKDIGI010 Scorb - Reanimated EP Vol I. Also I have a blistering collaboration with my good friends Danny and Hugo aka Antispin which will appear on their forthcoming Album "Cropped Circles" to be released at the end of this year on Digital Psionics.

Work on a third Scorb album to be released on Trick Music has already started but will not see the light of day until at least Autumn 2012 (and knowing me probably later than that!)

Again, thanks for all your support over the years and for anyone that's interested we will soon have a range of T-Shirts and a 10 year anniversary Coffee Mug available to order very soon (and no, I am not kidding lol!)

Cheers!

Ady

(Scorb)

EDIT: I will shortly post my full discography on the Trick music blog. Over 120 releases and counting

If you ask me, 'Sol Invictus' is one of the most fantastic psytrance tracks ever written. So unique, beautiful, pristine and winding, with a fucking ace climax. Really tells a sonic story! A shame there don't seem to be more tracks like this by Scorb... I'd love to hear a Part II or something, hehe.

Here's the track in question:
