Hey Dubai is one of the world's most advanced countries.
Off course you can buy beer etc......
They're extremly strict in drugs but the rest is cool down there! |

Really? For how long? I was there about 7 years ago and got wasted in a Mexican Restaurant from killer Margarita's......Poncho Villa's rocks in Dubai......If anyone knows the place say what's up to Poncho for me......

that party coming up in dubai has to be the most important step towards psy for the entire middle east...
i know a whole lot of people in the middle east spread out all over who really dig psy...but have no way to vent their thirst for some loud psychedelic music...well this is their chance...
and all i hope is this strictly remains only a chance for people to hear the music loud and not a chance for people to experiment some *rubbish* chemical on their minds.
if this is succesful..i wont be suprised to see skazi or gms perform their sometime...! |

Alright for all those pple who think Dubai is like a hardcore strict place it aint.
They r really strict for the D's and that also is only cause the penalty for being CAUGHT is tough.
Pple a lot of em still do it but the ones that get caught get fucked badly, hence its a lot better to keep away from all of that.
Here in Dxb the party scene is crazy but of course its more club oriented hence the choice of music is mostly House, prog n other genres of the same.
Though Hip-hop is still the most preffered genre of music by the locals.
Booze here flows like water and internation DJ's like Sander K, Sasha, Digweed, Hernan Cataneo etc etc come here every weeekend, infact there are times when there are more than 3 international DJ's playin.
All this is goin on in clubs and none of this is outdoors.
Now i have seized the opportunty and i am doin a psy gig here with our man Paul Taylor, if this one pulls of well be rest assured that we will have at least one gig a month, if not more.
Punit is right bout this place its not like Saudi, now thats a lockdown place. |
