sofar there are no official parties announced in the city of zurich. i'm sure there are a few private ones... but there is a reason why they're private.
for the moment there are only 3 psy parties announced for feb 11: Biel (Swiss-french part), in friboug (swiss-french), and in ticino (swiss-italian).
go to goabase.de and click on switzerland. most probably you'll find a party there if there is one happening.
by the way, the password to enter the party section on www.goa.ch is "peace"
