Any Israeli DJ's coming to France/Europe

Hi,
We are small party organisers in France and would like to invite any Israeli trance DJ to come and play for us on the 19th of Feb 2005.
We don't have any money to pay to bring someone over from Israel so are looking for someone who might be in Europe studying or traveling or playing around that time.
A bit optimistic I know but can't hurt trying.
