i wanna start producing...... very badly 
the only thing i have is a laptop and a headphone.....
can u guys tell me what softwares ill need...........

Get a sequencer:-
1.Cubase
2.Reason
3.FL Studio
Install the sequencer,read the help file & start producing.Read the isratrance forum and fosure read the useful topics thread:-)

if u have little cash get orion or reaper for sequencer. reason is brilliant for beginners and by that i mean leaning all about routing and synthisis. get a book, i reccomend Mixing Audio by cant rememeber is name, google it mate hehe.
get a controller Key board i use the cheapest which is the Oxygen V2 from M-audio. but i would like the New Novation one with all the faders and slider and automapping.
free vst can be downloaded from Smartelectronix.
Kvraudio is the breeding ground for info on freeware

finally invest in a Audio interface
Motu
Rme
M-audio
etc etc Goolge.com
i own the Motu ultralite it cost about 480 brand new, i wish i bought The Rme Fireface 400.
making most sounds dark etc most Vst synth can do it.
the Best Versitile synth i recon is Sylenth Vst. most people would say Zebra vst but i cant get use to it.

By that standard I think everything but FL is. Not to put down FL or anything, but it is really beginner-friendly.
