Hi all
Gotta say I'm loving this forum. You guys have been an awesome source of information and inspiration. Many many thanks.
Now to my question. I'm looking for a good quality, realistic sample set of an acoustic drum kit. It needs to be compeltely dry (close mic and no reverb). I recently bought the Drumwerks bundle and the cymbal samples are great, but the drums samples just don't cut it.
I've seen on here BFD and Stylus have been recommended. Unfortunately these are out of my price range. Can anyone recommend a sample pack? I want it primarily for writing my own break beats.
Thanks all

Thanks Sunrise. That Jazz Funk kit looks promising. Gonna give it a try over the next few days.
PoM, I can't afford the NI stuff at the moment, but it's top of my things to buy when I win the lottery/marry a rich widow!!! Budget is limited so I'm really looking for cheap or free sample packs.
