Any festivals in Aussie??

i was wondering about festivals and parties in Aussie during april - august time??
I'm a PSYFREAK and need a dose of FREAKNESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
Please help me...

no festivals per say, but lots of small to medium sized parties.
Check oztrance.com for 95%of parties in Australia.
What sort of music are you after?, that may help us give you some tips. |

Cairns for winter solstice is the place to be then. As far as I know Insane Creation is playing.
The cairns crew love good prog. Melbourne is a bigger scene and definately worth a look, but everything is indoors that time of year. Well almost everything, there a couple of outdoors during winter.
Have a look at oztrance.com (melbourne based and the biggest aussie forum) and australiens.net ( sydney based, but usually has most events listed)

well.. you could check out nimbin mardi grass.. there will be alot of trance there... and its one of the best street festival there is!!!
some big partys the weekend after... |

Winter solstice June 16-18
And
Audiogasm first weekend of October.
These festivals are all around Cairns up in the top part of north Queensland ..
If any one is planning to come up that way for a great party just give me a message and ill take you for the tour..

thank you all for your help bras...
but unfortunatly a car accident near Minyon Falls deprived me of all my money and I have to catch the next flight home.
I wish I could be there in every one of those festivals and parties because Aussie Ruuuuuuuuuuules!!!!!!!!!!
Broken I sit here in greif looking on the bright side.
