is this needed?

i might disagree with tsabeat a bit here, but to say he is a nobody just shows how much you are into this scene. this is one of the better artists from the latest generation, and a long time respected user here that posts intresting views rather than just bash people. show some respect, wouldn't hurt

I have to agree tsabeat has made some stuff that had me giggling and going wow in amazement, even if it's not really my style! He has a different view point (not one of an american psy artist ) that some may not agree with, but it is a valid argument and doesn't require anybody attacking his person.

I know im not being attacked here and its definately not cool to attack someone for expressing opinions or concerns. to Tsabi You can check. the first Anomalistic CD Just came out and is or was on the front page of saiko and is for sale on Psyshop and many others, Also there is an ad for it in revolve. The reason i dont have any money for this is because im gonna need every penny i can get to manufacture and promote this. Of course if the CD takes off i wouldnt in good concience be able to get checks for it without paying artists. Also ive been exploring options for profit donation. All of the profits from the first one went towards an organization called A.U.M. which is working towards having a traveling bi-annual festival. Im not looking to make myself money. I dont think i will be ruining the scene by releasing music from underground artists. If its psychedelic its psychedelic. If i saved money and bought tracks from bigger names it would be defeating my purpose which is to promote new sounds made by people who dont have the luxury of being psytrance rockstars. The last thing I want to do is keep building up the same few artists that are the hot new thing, and leave all other talent behind. I came from the punk scene where there was a big D.I.Y. attitude and if the music was good it was good no matter who you were or how clean you giutar riffs were. Get what im saying? Im really just trying to help the community.

Peace and Respect

Also to the person who said something about the quality of the release Id like to remind you of the list of artists I sited participating in this release from my first post. High quality artists if you ask me. I think its a bit insulting to say that all of those artists would make for just another low quality release. If there are only big labels artists will have a much harder time breaking through the walls these labels put up. Now if you have some labels willing to put some artists who are only really know through forums or with their local scenes they will have a much greater chance of getting noticed by these other labels. So far I have had a fair amount of responses by artists whom I have never heard of who are excited about the opportunity. After listening to the tracks sent to me so far im very pleasantly surprised to hear the quality of this music and am eager to have them participate.

thanks

well as im not being trancestar and coming from punk scene as well.. as far as i can see , extasi killed the anarchy

lets be honest , will u realese and invest money on track allready out there in the internet ? or on my punk band ?
good music is good music ..

if the answer is yes , i will be more then happy to give a free track to evry compilation u do in the next 2 years

and then i can say u realy is better from the big labels who keep complain now they cant invest more in me cause of the "pie" of sales. its a close subject , dig abit into spooks own thread and read detox posts. this is the right way treating artist u believe in their talent.

so nobody tell me im not nice. specialy after invest in my studio more then fu^%n 4-5 realeses worth. just to make it worth abit more then begginer and i can have pro-artist life with not much to worry exept making better music for you! nobody work for free in this world , and make proffesional music is full time job. habit is nice but will never sound as good as pro.

and to the dude saying im not simon posford , its true , try to get track of him , how much ?? and why ?? and if there is connection between him being so damm good artist to be expensive , so i made my point. if he give u free track i will shut up for 2 weeks on this forum and as u see my post count it will hurt my life alot           www.sattelbattle.com

and offcourse its all one big YES to the Q on topic of this discussion, i want to be realesed.
as well get fair deal and treatment.
i dont want my need to realese make me poor or also look greedy.. like normal artist.
its not like you would sell the cd's at normal punk cd price now wouldnt you ? come on and let the truth out.. i have many punk cd's i bought original in gigs at 10 and 15 guilders in amsterdam (then 5$) or in the u.k for 3 pounds.

u gonna sell on saiko for 14$. i know u get less but thats the market price to the peaple.

sorry its just very much sound same symptoms like them other u.s labels..
i will be happy to know u are better then them in anyway if its trea nice to artists as well payment or reduce costs to the peaple who buy .. or other its possible u get your artist not so happy as they might think they will be after the realese.

obviouly i care much for this and its not negative at all. im welcoming new forces to spread psy.
all of my quation are for clear out the real deal , and if its clear and fair i will never have bad words. perhaps wa too aggresive and im sorry for that and hope peaple reply to this if they still feel they want to after read all posts.          www.sattelbattle.com

is there any need to pick apart this topic to the extent of analyzing the title of the post.... also just so it is known im selling my current cd in person for 10$ for a double disc. The prices online arent my prices. But come on now you are comparing me personally and my morals to those of others in a country that is over 2000 miles across. Contrary to popular belief us americans arent all alike and we are not all just trying to make a buck. My suggestion is that you meet me or have experience with my label before telling people "how it is" You said it yourself youd be happy to find out im different well how bout you wait and find out before telling me how much im going to be selling my cd's for and making it seem like im taking advantage of the artists.

best wishes to all

honestly, i'm not into this "scene" at all. i love synths and fucked up sounds. The last party I went to was juno reactor in 2000. I trade commodity/stock index futures for a living, i have virtually nothing in common socially with psyheads at this point beyond the music.
Respect is not a right, its something that is earned. That was advice. Guys like Colin and Mubali who are nothing but super cool on here I would never pirate, only buy their stuff because of how cool they are on here. They have put a human "face" to their music from posts on this forum, it would be like pick pocketting someone i know.
If you want to come on here an act like a jackass its all good, i'm a potential buyer though of what your selling. Its not in your interest as far as business is concerned.

My friend, tsabeats music is very much better than anything from simon posford!

And he got some points - but i think it is a good way of chuk, i.e. i don't care that much for getting paid for my music as long some people listen to it and enjoy it. Because it is my hobby and it will be my hobby with or without getting paid. Of course some money is always welcome

@Chuk i hope i find some time to finish a track and send it to u - will see
