Any 1 using a Mac Pro with Logic?

Hey guys.
1 Week ago I bought the new mac pro 8 cores 2.4 ghz.
A realy fast machine... but after instaling all my stuff:
Motu ultralite mk3 hybrid
Virus TI snow
Logic Pro 9
...the logic is slow and laging!
I just cant undrestend, when I zoom in and out, and press play fast, the screen just lag a bit.
Just cant undrestend why, I didint found some how to use 50% of the processor yet,
The video card its a monsther and there is aways at least 2gb RAM free.
4000 dollars... 2 years saving money... and just work like my laptop...
Something is wrong! maybe some config of logic? maybe some config of sound?
Plz help me.

that's weird, I am on a quad 2.66 OSX runnning MacPro with Logic 8, Focusrite Saffire and it works fine. Are your soundcard drivers are installed fine? Maybe the TI is conflicting with the soundcard? Can't help really, good luck sorting it out.

I Downloaded all drivers from the website, all last releases.
Dont you fell a some lag when you press the Key Z for zoom, or the key A for automation? Does it show zoom or the automatios instantly or 0,5-2 seconds later?

Nope, they pop up instantly. I do get the odd lag occasionaly when the timeline is at a spot where 15+ channels play at the same time, and I try to open, say, Trillian's GUI. Other than that nothing. I don't even get them lags when gigging out live with the core duo macbook pro.

Usualy my tracks have at least 15 tracks, and a bit of plugins.
But all seems to be to easy for the processor. Maybe the Hard Drive its liming the reading of the samples, but that do not answer the lag to zoom the tracks and automation.
I also got a UAD-2 Duo card, but I never Had problems with it(only the issue that does not work with 64 bits mac os, so I got to start up in 32 bits).

I updated to 9.1.1 and now its evereything responding instantly!! 
Looks like that existed a problem with sample reading when using 32 bits system(I must use 32 bits cause UAD-2 only suport mac at 32 bits)
