doesn't mean always a bad use of microphones or fx. how do yuo use antiphase creatively?
do you have nice tip about that?

u take an audio part preferbly mono
duplicate it to another chanel and push it a bit to the side (off quantize) .this causes phase shifts between the parts and causes the sound to act diffrently stereowise and soundwise....
just play with it...
i`ve heard of ppl doing recording with sevral mics which some of them r deliberatly antiphased to achieve certain sound and than using some of the other mics they "fix" the areas which get canclled because of those phase shift cancellations.
the sky is the limit.... just play with it
          if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...
