Back in my pirate days I used a lot saturation plugin called Antares tube.

Unfortunately its now discontinued and replaced with this one: http://www.antarestech.com/products/detail.php?product=WARM_15

It requires I-lok dongle what I am not willing to buy, so I am searching alternatives.

Does antibody here knows another vst with similar kind of saturation/distortion?

I have systematically tried tons of free ones and demos. Haven't found anything similar yet.
