this tune made a bigger impression on me.
it kinda gives me an 'arcade game' vibe, only with better stereo quality and FX.
also, something with the sound of the bass do not agree with my ears(a bit heavy on the ears, but i don't think its the low-end. can't put my finger on it. specially from 3.20min onwards

It's funny that you mention the 'arcade game' thing, cause I also get that vibe from it =)
I'll check up the bass thing, and see if I can pinpoint it. Thx for your post =D

if i was more experienced, i'd tell you notch out big cut around 600-800hz or 5000, but i'm not, so i won't.
they say(the clever guys), usually there is ringing harmonics around +/- 300-500hz. i can detect it if i sweep a sharpish Q there. but not with just listening.
It is just i bit intense on my ears. somewhat fatiguing.
*i hope someone else can contribute with this,, because i sometime get almost this exact same bass sound.
on the monitors it almost sounds fine, but on the headphones its not so smooth as i thought. unlike pro released music,, it doesn't sound to different from monitors to headphones
i should add, i was listening with headphones. i think, i know my headphones pretty good.
