How did you learn to program complex drum patterns? I mean not BOOM TSS etc. What was your main tools to do that?
I´m on my way learning and would really appreciate some help.

Try to listen to some Jungle & Drum n' Bass rhythms. Isolate them if u can and then ( well that worked for me.. he he ) sing them.. ;-) After wards try to make these grooves by learning to use the Velocity function right and to match between the different drumming tools ( H.H, Snare, BD, Rim etc. ) |

It's not that hard actually. Basically it's an overloaded Boom Tss. You make simple loops of snares or rimshots or hhs or something, then you just combine them together. You look what sounds wrong, if it matches the beat and music, use some velocity, and A LOT of panning effects. It it will just flow. |

use delay. it helps make simple things sound more complex.
