Hey folks! I am wondering for a very long time how to do this sound. It like a groove stab and it starts at the break of 2:04. I guess it's a FM sound, but despite the amount of time I've spent messing with the synth, I'm unable to get close. Waiting for your answers, cheers!

Does not seem fancy to me, just regular sawtooth with medium attack with lots of reverb and some delay. Trick is to learn to use reverb and delay that fits with the track and the tempo.

I guess you can make it more FM:y if you run it around in a matrix but I think everything has to do with the reverb and delay. It is played like an overlapping stab so I think it sounds more complex than it really is. I think you get 90% with a saw without FM.

I think the reverb is reversed, which makes it sweep up           Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz
