Fast, hard darkpsy... and then doing something wild. Nothing better then breaking into a building, getting on the roof and smoking some grass. Or meeting freaks. Or going into the woods. Or just wondering around during night-time. Or screaming.
Usually, meditation is all I need but why not let the energy unleashed in more unconventional way? Breaking the law is so healing  |

Depends on the level of anger.
Deep rooted anger is untreatable with music. Meaning, there is no music good enough to help it.
Regular anger, for me, is best treated with music which I generally listen to it anyway, but when I'm angry, I've even more picky.
Old minimal like the first two Dragon Tales VAs, first Flow Records VAs, early Paste and XV Kilist, early ZMA VA's. That kind of stuff.
And of course certain Suomi tracks that make me feel cool when I listen to them. But must be stuff I haven't heard too many times.
And Droidlock can never do wrong, for me.
Any other psytrance gets me even more irritated and the CD will be flying out the window.

when i am pissed off- angry. zagado. etc...
i find guys screaming and guitars ablaze with distortion
to be weak and impotent. laughable even. i could defeat all the forces of marshall mesa boogie and gallien kruger with my little pinkie finger. hahahahahah.
