i have touch osc (never used it lol) , my piano to show scales chords .
tuneremote to control itunes from the phone

If you want something to create music then you have Caustic (remind me of good old ReBirth), Reactable, SPC and others...

or if you want to use your phone as a "midi controller" than test TouchDAW to control Ableton for example (supports quite some daw's including the most popular ones)

and if you want a decent audio player that reads from folder directly without messing with playlists try Music Folder Player Free (but does not support wav,damn..)

There's the Jasuto modular synth. That's pretty cool - and TouchOSC is great too.

However, sad to say...iOS > android by a mile for music.
