If you want something to create music then you have Caustic (remind me of good old ReBirth), Reactable, SPC and others...
or if you want to use your phone as a "midi controller" than test TouchDAW to control Ableton for example (supports quite some daw's including the most popular ones)
and if you want a decent audio player that reads from folder directly without messing with playlists try Music Folder Player Free (but does not support wav,damn..)
