If you are trying to seed it then there's definitely something wrong because both the Mininova website and my utorrent say there are 0 seeders. I haven't used Bitlord so I can't help you to make a torrent with it. Check the help file or website for instructions.
Chances are that the Pro Audio Torrents tracker you are using isn't public because the website itself isn't. So how about making a new torrent and using a public tracker like

Edit: There's also MakeTorrent (http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/torrent/maketorrent/) for making torrent files.
Edit 2: I deleted & added again the torrent to uTorrent and it says about the tracker: "Failure: torrent not registered with this tracker." Please use the Pirate Bay tracker?  When rain dries, clouds form.

I got it last night before I posted it was already downloaded.. and I was able to download at 300KBps, so your experience tells nothing.

found the seed option, file on torrentbox now also.
but it doesnt say im seeding, its still at 0 seeds when i look on torrentbox.
i would love to seed, but i can't make it work....weird

Im afraid only a huge server will handle the amount of data people are trying to download. so please every1 when u finish downloading , upload it somewhere and share the links.. thus more people will be able to download
