Isla del Sol is an island in the southern part of Lake Titicaca.
Geographically, the terrain is harsh; it is a rocky, hilly island. There are no motor vehicles or paved roads on the island. The main economic activity of the approximately 800 families on the island is farming, with fishing and tourism augmenting the subsistence economy.
Begin : Thursday 6 of September 17:00 h
End : Sunday 9 of September 12:00 h.

How to get there:
La Paz - Copacabana:
Public buses to Copacabana leave almost every hour from the Tomas Catari Square in front of the General Cemetery (Cementerio General) in La Paz from 6:00 am until 4:00 pm.
The trip takes 3:00 hours and costs 15-20 Bolivianos.
Copacabana - Isla del sol - Yumani :
Boats leave EVERY DAY at 8:30 am. to the southern part of the ISLA DEL SOL and the YUMANI community

Brother the weather on september is end of winter....very cold but not rain.....TITI KAKA LAKE it is very cold all complete year....so be ready...you are welcome..!!!!
