I would add
- To be over 21 (at least!)
- To have at least 20 original CD's (this would be a good reason to get a discount, since you prove you contribute to the scene and keep the trance-industry-machine rolling)
- You cannot be a DJ or a Wannabee or be a Top 10 section user (this way 90% of the users are OUT and it should be easier to get your card) |

I agree...
its not about the money... but it takes a lot of work and energy which all goes to waste if there isnt enough money to do the next one....
to the people who say "parties should be free, its not about money" then why are they complaining about paying $20 / £20?
if its not about the money you should have no problem in contributing some.
if its not about the money then stop complaining about the money...
