IMO Vibe Tribe is wicked sound engineers and designers, very emotional fullon... i think they stick out from the rest in the melodic fullon genre... especailly their last album! it sounds like alot of hard work! Clubby and commercial sound yes, but they manage to keep it weird and unexpected... and with melodies that just put you in a great dance mood....
Ananda Shake, they make some nice stuff, but they dont stick out like Vibe Tribe... IMO
though i havent listen much to them.. and i know its a subjective opinion...
in these days of competition you have to give it all you got and be innovative to get peoples attention... if thats what you want

Again, just the "eye of the beholder" concept..sure darkpsy doesn't have as much energy most of the time, i'll agree to that other than a few cases (Naked Tourist, Highko, a little Mubali)
It's psychedelic to me because its the most "trippy" of all the psytrance..
Psychedelic doesn't necessarily mean that it has to take you somewhere or fit in to the standard formula of FullOn psytrance..
Vibe Tribe is also a lot more progressive than Ananda.. |

yeah totaly the eye of the beholder... and i must say that what i wrote was not smart at all... cause all artists of good calibre has something to offer... and Ananda shake has some wicked tunes and have wicked skills...
their tunes are their and comparing them to others is not at all interesting....
everything stands on its own without the need to get compared.... like i did.
yes i agree with you... it dosent have to take you somewhere.. it just exists and i choose if it takes me somewhere or not....
narrowminded commment from me...
