Just watched this video. Quite an impressive set up and quite a trancey track apart from the 80s synth line a couple of minutes in. Fair play to them

the groove and techno-style minimalism in chunks of this is what really catches me. when it's just the bass and drums going: pure voltage-controlled-eargasm.

seriously, though, that looks so fun. i would love to throw ableton into that setup and use it's looping powers to create a long, evolving, fx-laden atmospheres full of twisted screeches and squelches, piercing resonance sweeps and real-time warped percussion flourishes. but they can set up that bass groove, that was lovely!           Dance, even if you have nowhere to do it but your living room. ~Kurt Vonnegut

the analog sound is very rich and warm.

they are a real live act, on analog.
they should play live.
love their outfits... bank robber style

nice man thanks for sharing,it have nice vibes that i miss with plugins and it s so far away from today digital sound..the sound talk to me way more, it touch my heart.
best is clearly to use both for me.. digital have the flexibility and analog synth and processing make better source if i want analog 70 caractere (but forget lot of newer analogs for this they are lacking something ) one day maybe when i have money to make a small modular

if trance producers were still using set up like this plus the avantage of today digital technlogy they would be a lot of better sound outhere imo at leat for me, might be a matter of taste..

There's a second hand one for sale which goes for 400 Euros, with all of these extra functions:

- 2nd VCO (identical to the 303 VCO)
- VCO synchronization
- VCO X-modulation
- noise source
- extra envelope generator with extensive routing options
- VCA envelope
- accent decay
- filter tracking
- VCF overdrive
- VCO FM
- hi resonance
- hi cutoff
- gate-on
- envelope trigger
-distortion
-delay
-slide time
- Li-ion accu

I actually can't afford that money now, but it looks to cool to let go.

Sounds like a Borg mod. There's people doing that stuff around, even if you can't buy it now, you'll find another one later.
Borg 303's sound like this;

Peace out.

I do think the track's missing some breaks, u guys should use some more drops and filters, put more sounds dunno it feels kinda empty, new sounds every 8 bar, like that it feels unnatural, it's wierd it progresses
