could you imagine how much free byte memory space you keep for each track that produced from the day that created the 1rst one till now?
wich way you think is better to keep music in files?
do you think that is worthy to keep every track you wrote from the past till now and keep the memory of the pc full or clean the trash tracks to keep free space for memory?
do you make backups with mp3 in compact disks or just simple ordinary audio cds?
how do you think is better to keep your music ?
dont you think that you need infinite space for keeping an infinite number of tracks with music till ...the future...

I burn backups on dvd´s. All files included. You never know when you might need it...

ya ive gone back when blocked and either copied parts or used loops from old tracks in new songs with new quality even if an old song is shit as a whole i doubt every part of it was worthless its kinda like being an audio bum dig in that garbage and see if you can find anything of value

True my friend Though i never keep wavs of these tracks and i almost never listen to them,i've created a small library of the good stuff in each old track (midi scores of leads/bass or percussion, lfos, channel fx presets ) for importing into new ones            Peace, Love, Death metal
