Amsterdam parties.

Someone got the data wrong. Our parties here last 20-30 minutes on average. After that we get in a big argument about who is going to roll the next joint. 
Seriously though, in the old ELF it wasn't unusual for parties to start on friday night and finish on monday morning. But that place is long gone now ...
These days most squat parties get closed by the cops because of the sad story that Lurk tells above.
We are lucky enough to have a venue that doesn't close at 5am but it is hard to convince alot of Amsterdamers that it is worth paying entrance fee to hear international live-acts on a good sound system ...

20-30 days? um the person who told you that was probably on acid and had no feeling of time LOL.
amterdam has great parties. But most of them dont go past 3-4 days.

I can tell you....no such thing. As someone said before, lately there haven't been that many parties......I think the longest is about a week, with parties in various club's for 7 days (not non-stop). |
