AMD is the debut and long awaited album from the very exciting collaboration of Dick Trevor and Jules Hamer (Aphid Moon & Dickster).
Dick Trevor is almost certainly one of the most established and experienced producers on the planet having been behind the legendary Green Nuns of the Revolution and also having worked with many artists including Simon Posford, Tristan, Eskimo, Cosmosis, George Barker, Zen Mechanics, Danny Howells and many more.. His technical skills in the studio are unparalleled and with Jules Hamer, the man behind the very popular Aphid Moon project, who brings his own energetic and extremely rocking musical attitude to the act, Big Fish is a product of some serious studio magic! AMD have already been stunning dancefloors all over the world with their brilliant live sets…
The album consists of 9 full power ‘balls to the wall’, deeply psychedelic and intelligent tracks...

Heard it a couple of times by now, and it's hard to pick a favourite - one thing is for sure though: this is high quality psychedelic full on. Imagine Aphid Moons full power dance floor music, but with Dick Trevor adding a good dose of quirkyness and phatness, and you have an idea of what to expect.

Super hot and definitively a fantastic news, if the album is as pr0fane said for sure I'm totally in with it. Two of the best psy-full on producers for me so I'm expecting a deepest proper psychedelic stuff for sure, waiting to hear also the act soon in Mexico. 
Nano is gonna to kill me in 2007 with the Tristan, Headroom, AMD albums and the Origin 3 Compilation, wonderfull schedule for the upcoming year.

This album is simply an utter corker...works like a charm to set any dancefloor on fire. For those who saw them live at Boom this year know what i'm talking about. Congrats Nano and AMD! |
